John has been actively working in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years. In his first 8 years, John worked with resort developers all over the world. Seeking a place to raise his family, John returned to his hometown in his late twenties to pursue commercial brokerage. He has spent the last 12 years representing clients with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and on the disposition of single and multi-tenant properties throughout Colorado and across the country. During his real estate tenure, John has closed over a thousand transactions and has been recognized many times as a market leader and “big hitter” by the Denver Business Journal, CoStar, the Colorado Real Estate Journal, and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors where he sat as an advisory board member. John has a reputation for doing business in a direct, no non-sense manner while treating his clients the way he would expect to be treated; with passion and integrity. In his free time, John spends time with his two children, mentoring inner city at risk youth, playing tennis, riding his road bike, or venturing through the Rocky Mountains on one of his motorcycles.
