John Roskos

John is a Managing Director in JLL San Francisco’s Tenant Representation Group. His role is to advise Tenants and company leadership in finding new space locally and globally, negotiating transactions, and leveraging JLL’s resources at all points of the process. John has been a licensed commercial broker since 2017. He has worked with both pre and post IPO companies of every industry type from across the U.S. John Roskos is a native Californian, born and raised on an Avocado farm in San Diego County. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Concentration in Finance) from the University of Oregon and is an active participant in the University of Oregon Investment Group’s alumni endowment fund. Prior to JLL, John was a member of the Portfolio Management Group within Hall Capital Partners, a San Francisco based financial management firm. John lives in San Francisco, is an avid open-water swimmer, endurance road biker, and Ford Bronco enthusiast. He is a regular volunteer at City Hope, a local organization serving the needs of the marginalized residents within the Tenderloin community. John is also a member of the CoreNet Northern California Young Leaders program.
