John Richel
John Richel is a licensed real estate sales person with extensive experience in property management. He spent seven years with the Paragano Organization, a full-service commercial development, investment and property management company. As vice president he oversaw property leasing and asset management. As senior vice president and chief operating officer he added infrastructure and property construction to his menu of responsibilities. While at Paragano, John managed more than 3 million square feet of property, the company achieved an average occupancy rate of 98 percent and Paragano Construction grew from a $3 million firm to a $50 million operation. In 2006 John became president and chief executive officer of Westminster Properties, LLC, a residential and commercial custom-development and property management company.
