John Razumich

John's real estate development experience since 2001 ranges from large complex mixed use in fill developments to small industrial / office projects to retail more recently. John is charged with acquisition, development, and leasing for Imwalle Properties. John moved back up to the Bay Area in 2006 to begin running Land Acquisitions for Sares Regis Group's real estate development division. At Sares, John was charged with underwriting, negotiating, due-diligence, feasibility analysis, and front-end entitlement work for multifamily infill rental and for-sale products. John graduated from the University California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Accounting.
