John Phelps

John started his career in 1994 as a registered investment adviser. John has worked at a few of the largest firms on Wall Street, including Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and UBS Paine Webber. John attained the position of Vice President Investments at UBS Paine Webber, with over $300 million under management. John’s background in finance is a key component when analyzing and negotiating on behalf of the business interests of the doctors he represents. Prior to founding Phelps Commercial Realty, John worked at the two largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, at The Weitzman Group in 2001, followed by Henry S. Miller Commercial Realty.
