John joined Valcap in 2025 coming from a background of Multifamily Investment Sales in Texas. During his broker career, he closed $500mm+ in Multifamily sales throughout Texas. This allows him to leverage his extensive network to help grow and manage the Valcap portfolio. John attended Southern Methodist University where he majored in Economics with Financial Applications. John loves spending time with his family, golfing, and hunting in his free time.
