John Myslak

Throughout his career, Jack has developed essential skills and expertise by learning from exceptional mentors and prominent business leaders. His journey has spanned various roles, from residential property management to underwriting senior living contracts at UNA Development. Jack’s tenure at Studer Properties was particularly formative; he was closely involved in the sale of the $60million Southtowne multifamily asset and contributed significantly to the development of Savoy Place, a new four-story mixed-use building. This impressive project features diverse commercial spaces on the ground floor, complemented by three floors of residential units, totaling 24 units in various layouts within a 35,000 square foot footprint. Additionally, during his time at Studer Properties, Jack gained significant experience participating in the RFP process for the West Main Master Plan development. In August 2023, he joined Bear General Contractors as a project engineer, where he focuses on site selection, void analysis, market reports, and feasibility studies for future development projects.
