John A Mundell III, CPM, SIOR, is a first vice president and office/industrial investment specialist in the firm’s Detroit office. As an office/industrial investment agent, John, exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the United States. John has more than 33 years of experience in the real estate industry and has closed hundreds of investment real estate transactions valued over $1 Billion during his career. John A Mundell III has achieved numerous awards and distinctions, including the achievement of SIOR designation, CPM designation, top producer awards, top deal awards, leadership and chair positions with local, regional and National real estate organizations along with leadership positions on numerous philanthropic boards. John is a member of the Office and Industrial Division within Marcus & Millichap, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Albion College, Albion Michigan with a pre-law double major in English and history along with a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend Indiana with a focus on finance and accounting. John also holds a real estate brokerage license in Michigan and Indiana and is a Managing Real Estate broker in Illinois.
