John McFadden

Mr. McFadden joined CBRE in 1982. Since then, his transaction experience includes over 108,000 units sold with consideration of over $10.2B dollars in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Florida. Mr. McFadden’s performance consistently ranks among the top producers at CBRE, Inc., both company-wide and locally. His sales performance has earned him the title of Executive Vice President. He has qualified for the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle, which represents the Top 100 sales producers in North America. In addition, he qualified for the CBRE, Inc. Recognition Conference which recognizes the Top 200 sales producers in North America. Mr. McFadden partnered with apartment sales specialist Robert Miller in 1986. This merger of experience and knowledge transformed Mr. McFadden and Mr. Miller into the preeminent Multifamily brokers in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. John is part of the CBRE Philadelphia Institutional Multifamily team, which specializes in larger apartment properties and portfolios and institutional clients. This team provides its clients with over 115 combined years of local market knowledge and apartment sales expertise. Prior to joining CBRE, Inc., Mr. McFadden managed for Sears, Roebuck and Company for 11 years in the Philadelphia area.
