John McDonald III
John McDonald oversees lender and investor communications, ensuring they have all the information they need in a timely manner.
John also aggregates information from accounting, leasing and property management to allow McDonald to make informed and quick decisions on the leasing and management of its portfolio of properties. John began his career at NAI Brannen Goddard in 2017 as a broker, specializing in tenant and landlord representation. He assisted in leasing over 2 million square feet of industrial space in his two years there. John McDonald graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, Economics and Law. He is a current member of the National Association of Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
