John Mason

John Mason has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and sales and marketing since 1976. He has completed sale transactions involving office, medical, retail and investment properties. John has successfully worked with large REITs, family trusts, investors, national real estate firms, TICs and private individuals in providing them with real estate investment properties. His expertise on both local and national levels includes: * Acquisitions * Sale / Leaseback * Equity / Debt Sourcing * Design / Build - Pre-Sell Take Outs Before joining NAI DESCO, John was with another commercial real estate investment firm. Prior to that he was director of sales and marketing of architectural and interior design firms and general contractor / construction management companies.
