John Manous

John began his career in commercial real estate in the early 80’s managing apartment buildings for his family. John joined Houlihan-Parnes in 1984 specializing in the sale and financing of apartment buildings in the Bronx and Manhattan. John has been a licensed associate broker for the past 30 years and has a CREI designation. John is a principal in several properties in Westchester and the Bronx as well as being active in their management. In late 2000’s John was a principal in a company set up to develop a retail/office site in the heart of Mamaroneck and oversaw its design and construction. John presently focuses on acquisition, development, management and brokerage of commercial properties in Westchester and the Bronx. A native New Yorker, John has lived in Westchester for the past 40+ Years with his wife and son.
