John Manilla

John is a graduate of Syracuse University and began his career with Pyramid Brokerage Company in 1982. John co-founded Pyramid Brokerage Company of Rochester, Inc. and helped co-found Pyramid Brokerage Company of Buffalo in 1988. John has daily responsibility for the sales associates and professionals in the Rochester office and is a member of Pyramid Brokerage Company’s Senior Executive Management Team. To date John has been involved in over 4500 transaction with a leasing/sales volume of over $1.9 Billion. In additional to John’s day to day transaction activity, he provides leadership for the Retail Council on a company-wide basis and is the Company liaison to Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Council.
