John Maddox

Mr. Maddox has been licensed in the State of Georgia since 1987 and specializes in the brokerage of high density land assemblages, mixed use sites, investment and office properties. Mr. Maddox’s 30+ years of brokerage experience include assembling over half of all the Downtown properties acquired for Allen Plaza, Centennial Olympic Park, as well as the adjacent properties acquired by The Coca-Cola Company for its 20-acre Olympic City Entertainment Complex, the current home of the World of Coke, the Center for Civil and Human Rights, and the Georgia Aquarium. Mr. Maddox has also represented numerous institutional clients such as TCW Realty Advisors, Host Marriott and Americasmart, as well as several City of Atlanta entities including Techwood Park Inc., Atlanta Development Authority, and The City’s Attorney’s office. Most recently Mr. Maddox has represented purchasers in multiple re-development projects Downtown including Atlanta Daries and the Office Apartments. Mr. Maddox has also served as an expert witness in the federal court on Metropolitan Atlanta property values.
