John MacBean

John is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the Scottish commercial property markets. He studied land economy (Bsc) at The University of Paisley and started working with Graham + Sibbald in 2011 having relocated to Inverness after 20 years in central Scotland working for Jones Lang LaSalle. John is responsible for the Inverness office and specialises in agency and commercial valuation. He carries out a variety of surveys and inspections on a daily basis for the purpose of; disposal, purchase, development, providing consultancy advice and valuation of commercial property and land. These roles are carried out on behalf of investors, developers, landlords, accountants and solicitors such as; DC Thomson plc, Upland Properties Ltd, Ark Estates(Scotland) Ltd, Tulloch Homes Ltd and FRP Advisory. His knowledge and expertise play a key role in supporting our Inverness and Central Scotland team’s. John is a member of the Management Committee for Graham and Sibbald and dedicated to providing the highest quality service to all clients, big and small, within the Highlands and further afield.
