John Lutkewitte
John Lutkewitte was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio but later moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University. He graduated in 2012 and received two bachelor’s degrees in Management and Economics. He then moved to Denver to start his professional career. Also, having lived and worked professionally abroad, John has gained an abundance of knowledge and professional experience in varying industries including construction, inspection, education, and project management. The combination of these experiences has led him to be a driven Commercial Real Estate Advisor with excellent skills in communication and negotiations. In January of 2018 he joined the Meyer/Matthews Team at SVN to focus on Office and Flex Investment properties along the Colorado Front Range. Outside Interests: Traveling, camping, hiking, skiing, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
