John-Lewis Godfrey

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, I’m proud to be the third generation of my family working in real estate with Hubbard Realty. Growing up, real estate was the topic of conversation more nights than not around our dinner table, and not much has changed. It’s more than a career for me; it’s a fundamental part of who I am. In an industry that often becomes solely focused on the dollars, I take pride in working for a company that does things the right way. Finding ways for everyone involved in a transaction to walk away feeling better for it is the most fulfilling part of the job. Outside of real estate, I enjoy reading, writing, movies, puttering around on my computer, gardening, golf, and cheering on Wake Forest basketball and Arsenal Football Club. More than anything, I love spending time at my favorite place in the world, Ocracoke Island, with my wife Natalie, our son Declan, and our two mini schnauzers, Bowser and Oliver.
