John Lavelle

Previous to joining Team R.J., John was the Director of Business Attraction for the Orange County Partnership, an economic development agency. While at the Partnership, John was responsible for recruiting new companies, helping industrial and commercial prospects to choose Orange County as their next site location. John has experience in working with national and corporate site selectors, knowledge of economic development incentives and programs and utilizes computer based GIS systems for site analysis. His familiarity with the competitive national economic development scene helps Team R.J. clients gain the upper hand when marketing their properties As a member of Team R.J., John's focus is mainly on Industrial and Commercial Development, specializing in site location analysis, State and local financial incentives, Industrial Development Agency financing and community coordination. Additionally, John works with Team R.J on the development of site marketing materials for our customers.
