John Kulik

Mr. Kulik joined CASLE over 6 years ago to head up the in house asset management team. The increasing size of the portfolio under management required a seasoned professional. During his tenure, the size of the portfolio has increased to 35 buildings in excess of 750,000 square feet. Prior to CASLE John had been Director of Facilities Administration for ABB and Director of General Services for the American Red Cross. John spends a great deal of his free time with his family and enjoys watching and participating in basketball and golf.
