John W. Hunter joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1996. As Senior Vice President/Director of Development for the company, he is responsible for all acquisition and development activities of Majestic Realty Retail, a division of Majestic Realty Co. As a development partner, John brings more than 30 years and 5.1 million square feet of retail/industrial land acquisition and development experience to Majestic. Prior to joining the company, he served as President and Managing Partner of Watt Commercial Development Co., one of Southern California’s premier shopping center development companies. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. A strong industry leader and community volunteer, John is a long standing member of ICSC, and an active board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
