John Hogue

John Hogue serves as a developer and broker with MAP Development, LLC. Since joining MAP in 2011, John has been responsible for transactional brokerage of 20 land deals throughout Alabama, as well as multiple anchor lease deals. In addition, John has helped to develop and execute expansion strategies in numerous markets for large retail tenants. Prior to joining MAP, John spent 13 years with AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties, LLC and its successor, Blackwater Resources, LLC, working in numerous capacities including Senior Vice President of Project Development and Senior Developer. During this time, he was involved in the development of more than 6 million square feet of retail, as well as condominiums, a marina, and an amphitheater.
