John Heretakis

John Heretakis serves as Director, Investment Sales at Katz & Associates. His focus is on Investment Sales along the East Coast including New York, New Jersey and Florida. John has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2015. He takes a very proactive approach to brokerage, focused on targeted prospecting to Active Investors, 1031 Buyers and local Owners, ultimately bringing the best offer for the Seller. His transaction history includes Single Tenant Net Lease, Automotive Dealerships & Development Sites and has been involved in over $65 million worth of transactions. Recently, John sold a new development Chick-fil-A in Naples, Florida for a 3.25% cap rate. Also, he recently sold a Chipotle in Florida for a 4% cap within 3 days marketing the asset. John’s unique approach combining old school prospecting techniques with new school marketing capabilities assures no stone is unturned. John assists with all facets of the transaction process including site location, contract negotiations and budgeting. Prior to joining Katz, John worked at Sovereign Realty Group where he focused on net lease properties.
