John Heald has assisted local and national clients with their office requirements. John is primarily responsible for brokerage activities related to tenant representation, including new business development, client service, account management, financial analysis and executing lease documents. John knowledge in sales and leadership. Prior to joining the company, John spent 4 years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. He served as both a Platoon Commander and Company Commander while part of the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion. Upon leaving the Marine Corps he started his sales career with Boston Scientific, a global medical device company. John’s ability to connect the dots and look at an issue from multiple angles has tremendously impacted his success within the firm. His no nonsense mentality and solution oriented approach to problem solving has earned him the respect of his clients.
