John Hastings is an Associate Vice President at DAUM’s Industry office specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial buildings in the San Gabriel Valley and West Inland Empire. John currently manages a private real estate portfolio of 850,000 SF of Industrial buildings in the SGV. John Hastings is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a major in Real Estate Development. During his time at USC, John was able to gain industry knowledge working in commercial leasing, asset management, and as a research analyst his senior year. John’s previous experience has given him the ability to provide ample information to his clients. John brings to Daum a relentless work ethic, market knowledge and excellent communication skills.
