John Harris is a vice president at Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in representing tenants and buyers. Based in Hughes Marino’s Raleigh-Durham office, John represents tenants and buyers in their commercial real estate requirements and ensures his clients receive world-class service throughout their real estate journey. John is dedicated to delivering excellence to his clients, and specializes in representing office and industrial users in Raleigh-Durham and across the country. He is a strategic partner to his tenant clients, providing specialized solutions to help achieve their specific goals. John assists companies in a wide variety of transactions, including strategic planning, lease and purchase negotiations, dispositions, lease renewals and renegotiations, facility purchases, build-to-suits and more. John graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Prior to joining Hughes Marino, John worked at Oxford Partners where he was a commercial real estate broker, and had previously specialized in industrial and investment real estate at Moody Rambin. Outside of the office, John enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, working out and running.
