John Hamilton

John became licensed and started his real estate career with FJR and Associates in 1977. He spent five successful years with FJR, then, transferred to Royal Lepage Commercial Division. In the three years with Royal Lepage, John worked in all areas of Commercial, Industrial and Investment Real Estate. In 1985, he decided to specialize in the Apartment Market and joined Brydon Real Estate Ltd. Later, John acquired an interest in Brydon, and has been Investor, Owner and Developer of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate. John joined CMS Real Estate Ltd. in December 1988 and specializes in Development and Sales of Commercial and Investment Real Estate.
