John Grab

John “Jay” Grab has 30 years experience in commercial real estate. He has been involved in transactions totaling $500 million dollars. Jay’s primary expertise is 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, property for property exchanges, bank REO’s and complex “out of the box” real estate transactions. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Jay has served on many non-profit boards in the Santa Fe area.
