John joined Savills in 1985. As one of the firm’s longest tenured professionals, he has provided leadership through critical periods in the firm’s development as an industry leader in North America. As co-head of the firm's Chicago office for 25 years, he helped to build one of the Midwest’s top tenant representation practices. He has served on the firm’s North American Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, and he continues to play a key role in providing leadership and strategic vision. A perennial top producer, John has managed more than 15 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $3 billion on behalf of local and national global clients. His extensive experience has established him as one of the most respected tenant representatives in the industry with a reputation for unqualified integrity and leading insight. Through unparalleled advocacy and creativity, John has turned real estate into a strategic advantage for a multitude of clients including CVS Health, the American Bar Association, ViacomCBS and Siemens Corporation.
