John Ginestri

Born and raised in Astoria, John Ginestri recalls the joy of growing up in a neighborhood with diversity, traditional family values, and enormous ease to access both Manhattan and other parts of Queens. The desire to preserve this idyllic experience for generations to come inspired John to dedicate his career to helping people find their happy place as well as helping people ready for a change sell their homes. John’s real estate experience started from the time he was barely a teenager helping his Italian immigrant father with interior home renovation jobs. The tasks started simple and as John grew older his knowledge of all aspects of interior construction work expanded. Along with his brother, John learned what it was to work hard, independently, and to be self reliant. His family also owned investment properties which John helped to maintain and garnered a priceless wealth of do’s and don’t practices of managing rental properties. It was some years later that John decided to turn all his attention to brokering real estate transactions in New York. Now entering his 10th year as a licensed real estate agent, John is motivated more than ever to increase his presence in Astoria as a trusted professional who comes with local neighborhood knowledge, insight about the nuances of home buying, selling and renting, and a commitment to providing clients a smooth and stress-free experience. Along with his wife and three children, John remains living in Astoria enjoying his community of family and friends, and eager to engage new clients for all their real estate needs.
