ABOUT

As a relational broker whose primary focus has been on office leasing and sales, his relationships have taken him to many places. As a landlord representative, he has handled many office buildings both in the urban and suburban settings. These buildings have ranged in size from 5,000 square feet to up to 190,000 square feet. The owners of these properties have ranged from owner-occupied with excess space to National Real Estate Trusts. Secondly, because of those relationships, John has handled many of his clients as the tenant representative. These relationships have allowed him to negotiate office leases, purchases of land for build-to-suits, and acquisitions for owner occupancy. Additionally, these relationships have led him to assist clients who are looking to be real estate investors in the purchase, lease up and sale of properties. Due to his community involvement, John has assisted many non-profits in office lease negotiations, land purchases and building sales and dispositions. Because of his relationships over the years and the nature of the market, John has worked in all areas of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee market. This breath of experience has given him a unique perspective in working with his clients.
