John Gianis

John Gianis is a Vice President focusing on industrial transactions. John began his real estate career at Douglas Elliman Commercial before joining Helmsley Spear in New York City. Since 2019, John has completed over $50 million in transactions. John graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, where he was also a member of the baseball team. In 2011, he was selected by the Los Angeles Angels in the MLB player draft.
