John Gart

John has been a partner at The Gart Companies since its inception in 1992. He graduated from Lake Forest College outside Chicago (B.A., 1984). He has been active in civic and philanthropic endeavors in Denver for over 30 years, having served in leadership roles at Visit Denver, Denver’s convention and visitors bureau, Craig Hospital, the Western Golf Association, the Colorado Golf Foundation, among many others. He is a passionate golfer, skier and fly fisherman. John and his wife, Martha, have one son, Evan, who works at Gart Properties.
