John has over 27 years of commercial real estate and industrial/office market experience. John’s aggressive cold calling and focus within the Central Phoenix, Sky Harbor and Southeast Valley submarkets have earned him CoStar’s Power Broker awards. Additionally, John has been designated as a Top 10 Producer in 2006, 2008 and 2009 while he was with Colliers International. Continued dedication to his clients has earned John the Top Producer Award at CPI in 2011 and 2013. SIOR has certified John with the prestigious SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Prior to commercial real estate brokerage, John spent 3-years in the U.S. Navy serving on board both the U.S.S. Henry B. Wilson (DDG-7) and U.S.S.
