John Frith

John Frith is a Senior Associate in CBRE’s St. Louis office, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. He represents both tenants and landlords across institutional and private capital sources. Since transitioning from a research analyst role to brokerage in 2019, John has built a strong reputation and a genuine commitment to building long-term client partnerships. As a lifelong St. Louis native, he brings deep local expertise and an intimate understanding of the region’s industrial market, enabling him to deliver insightful, market-driven guidance on every transaction. To date, John has been involved in lease and sale negotiations exceeding $300 million in transaction value, encompassing more than 6.5 million square feet of industrial space. Prior to joining CBRE out of college, John interned with local commercial real estate firm Pace Properties and Badlands Capital, a family office serving ultra-high-net-worth clients in the energy and gas sector.
