John Foy
John N. Foy is Chairman, CEO and owner of Noon LLC, and Chairman of Noon Management, LLC, an investment company headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. John currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of MedEquities Realty Trust and is Chairman of its audit committee. John serves as a member of the University of Chattanooga Foundation, which was established to foster the growth of UTC. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Electric Power Board of Chattanooga, a non-profit agency of the City of Chattanooga, Tennessee and also serves on the Chattanooga Theatre Centre Board. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in history from Austin Peay State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee.
