John Folmer

John H. Folmer is a partner at RJL Real Estate. He entered the real estate business in 1971 after graduating from Arizona State University. Prior to RJL, John was the Vice President of Real Estate Development and Governmental Affairs with El Paso Refinery. He specializes in sales and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. John has held various civic positions in El Paso including: Chairman of El Paso City Planning Commission, Chairman for the City Zoning Board of Adjustment, Chairman on the El Paso Tourist Convention Board, Member of Bank of Ysleta Board, President and current Chairman of El Paso Sun Bowl football game, member of El Paso Athletic Hall of Fame, member Sun Bowl Hall of Fame. John is married to his wife Chris, and has three daughters.
