John Fahey joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023. John brings over 20 years of Real Estate advisory experience to SRS, having provided services in the brokerage, development, and capital market arenas working on projects with a cumulative value exceeding $800 Million. As a founding Partner of Meridian Retail Group, John focused on retail and restaurant site selection and development, assisting emerging brands with their strategic growth and real estate strategies. Prior to Meridian, John was a co-founder of Calusa Asset Partners and the COO of VestPoint Securities, a full-service regional broker dealer raising capital for various real estate ventures including REIT’s and private offerings.
