John Erck is a Partner and co-founder of Junction Commercial Real Estate. With a reputation built on discipline, grit, and a results-driven mindset, John has become one of the leading land and industrial brokers in the Greater Houston market. Over the course of his career, Erck has amassed $575M in total transaction value. John has been involved in several market-shaping deals, most notably the 132-acre Weiser Airpark sale, now known as Weiser Business Park. That deal earned NAIOP’s “Industrial Deal of the Year” in 2019 and was also named a finalist for REDNews’ “Most Significant Sale Transaction” award. That same year, John was also recognized by NAIOP as a finalist for the “Industrial Rising Star” award. Since 2020, he has been recognized annually on the Houston Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters list as one of Houston’s top land brokers. In 2023, REDNews named him Houston’s Emerging Leader of the Year. At Junction, John leverages his brokerage expertise and transaction history to lead a team of brokers, cultivate client relationships, and guide land and industrial investment strategies.
