John Dickerson

With over 40-years’ experience in the Omaha commercial real estate business, John has provided a variety of services to investors, institutional and corporate clients, including asset management, consulting and brokerage services. John is also a Certified Property Manager, a designation of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). John started his real estate career as a property manager with Maenner Company which led to his positions as VP of Acquisitions at Robert Hancock Company, VP of Property Management and Associate Broker at PJ Morgan, and Associate Broker at Peschio & Company. He was the Director of Property Management at Investors Realty from 1992 to 2006 until he relinquished his role to dedicate his time solely to his brokerage practice. John brought his vast experience to OMNE Partners in 2020. His relationships and familiarity in the real estate community helps his clients reach their goals. He has done deals in all commercial sectors of real estate including multi-family investment properties. John uses a consultative approach to help clients with their real estate needs, whether they’re buyers, tenants, sellers or landlords. In past several years, John was successful in completing transactions totaling over $20 MM.
