His career began working with real estate developers and investment clients while at KPMG, where he developed an appreciation for real estate as a long-term investment vehicle and a passion for helping businesses find practical, value-driven solutions. Since joining P.A. Commercial in the early 2010s, John has worked with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors on a wide range of office, industrial, and special-purpose properties, as well as investment transactions. His areas of focus include office and industrial leasing and sales, special-purpose assets such as marinas, and investment properties across office, medical office, retail/strip center, industrial, and NNN categories. Clients appreciate his ability to see the full picture—balancing financial performance, operational realities, and long-term asset value—while remaining deeply client-focused throughout the process. Outside of real estate, John is actively involved in civic and charitable organizations and has served on multiple boards, including his local city council. He enjoys boating, water sports, snow skiing, and other outdoor activities, and has a lifelong passion for high-performance boats and cars.
