John Corcoran

Scope of Service: John Corcoran specializes in Land Sales for Residential and Commercial development. He started his real estate career in 1973 with Melton Realty after graduating Medicine Hat College and the University of Calgary. Background and Experience: John served on the Board of Governors at Medicine Hat College as the student representative in 1971. He has served in the Canadian Military in Regular force with the Royal Canadian Dragoons and served in the reserves as a lieutenant. John currently coaches Hockey and was instrumental in organizing and chairing the Calgary Bantam International Hockey Tournament for Calgary in the early 80’s Significant Transactions: John has been involved with many projects throughout his career such as the sale of Bragg Creek Shopping Centre, the sale of Georgian Village (232 units), the sale of 94 acres in Tuscany Tanglewood, 162 acres in Cochrane, 444 acres in Airdrie, 160 acres in Silverado and 80+ lots in Pump Hill and Bayview.
