John joined Southeast Venture in 2001 after a 10-year career as Director of Real Estate with several high-growth retail chains such as Rite Aid, Dollar General, and Tac Bell. Specializing in representing owners of commercial property looking to Buy, Sell and Lease. John stays abreast of all types of commercial property for sale both on-market and off-market within the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky markets. For more than 30 years, John has been involved in the complete life cycle of commercial real estate from site selection, land planning, construction and development, to investment sales and exit strategy.
