John Callahan

John earned his BA from Marquette University in 1972. He recently joined Kinlin Grover after a lengthy and successful banking career, the past 30 years of which canvased the Cape Cod and Plymouth markets. His most recent banking positions were as Senior Vice President of Sovereign, Community and Eastern Banks respectively as a Middle Market Commercial/Commercial Real Estate Lender and Workout Specialist. He has additionally served on numerous non-profit boards on Cape Cod over the past 25 years. His passion for real estate include the development of Landsdowne, a 33 lot residential subdivision located in Cotuit, and speculative residential home construction and lot sales in New Seabury and Nantucket. John’s broad background in commercial and commercial real estate lending provide him with a solid understanding of cash flow, business, and real estate valuation. His contacts within the local banking community are numerous.
