John Byrne

John Byrne is in his 20th year in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in tenant representation and the sale and leasing of retail properties, working closely with retailers and landlords in analyzing and evaluating retail markets. He provides landlord representation and other services to several of the nation’s leading property owners and developers, with more than 500,000 square feet of retail space and land listed throughout the state of Indiana. Prior to launching Radar Commercial Real Estate, LLC in January, 2014, John joined Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (now Cassidy Turley) in 1999, earning many awards and acknowledgements of exemplary sales performance and leadership awards during his 14-year tenure. Before joining CTMT, John was an independent commercial real estate broker conducting market research and site selection for retailers such as Blockbuster Video, The Gap and Extended Stay America. John previously spent several years working in real estate finance. Additionally, John is a co-founder of the Yats restaurant chain in 2001. John has served on the board of the Talbot House and been recognized by Pleasant Run Children's Home, Second Helpings, and the Kentucky Refugee Ministries for his work and contributions towards their respective causes.
