Mr. Butterworth joined Colliers International in 2021 and serves as managing director and head of urban leasing. He brings with him deep experience in tenant advisory for occupiers across a wide variety of industries. Mr. Butterworth was an executive vice president and partner with CBRE/New England’s Urban Advisory & Transaction Services Team for 14 year specializing in tenant representation. Before CBRE, he spent four years as a senior vice president and partner at Colliers’ predecessor firm, Meredith & Grew, and another 4 years as managing director with Insignia/ESG.
