John Burleson

In 2020, John was promoted to Associate with the Retail Services team. John focuses on retail and restaurant advisory and Landlord representation for both local and national clients. His brokerage experience combined with Location Analytic expertise, provide John with a unique ability to leverage both the art and science behind important Real Estate decision making processes. John Burleson joined the CBRE|Raleigh team in February of 2018 as a Location Analytics Specialist. He led the company’s geographic information science and analytics platform for the retail, occupier and land services teams. John has over five years of experience as a GIS analyst and established himself as one of the top GIS professionals in the region. Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, John gained 4 years of experience as a GIS Analyst working for a national Retail Real Estate Firm providing clients with best in class location and site specific analysis.
