John Burke

John Burke Jr. serves as Executive Vice President, Commercial Real Estate for Prime Group Holdings. In his role, Burke oversees the leasing strategy and revenue optimization of the company's commercial real estate portfolio, helping maximize asset performance and support Prime Group's national growth initiatives. Burke brings more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, business development, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Prime Group Holdings in 2018, he was a founding member and former Chief Executive Officer of the Upstate New York franchise of Select Sotheby's International Realty, where he played a key role in building one of the region's leading luxury real estate platforms. He also held senior leadership positions with Core BTS, including Managing Director, where he was involved in strategic growth, operations, and client development initiatives. Burk is a licensed New York Real Estate Broker. He also holds the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), reflecting his experience in complex real estate transactions and stakeholder negotiations.
