John Buckel

John Buckel has been involved in commercial real estate for over twenty-five years and has participated in the development of nearly two million square feet of buildings valued at just over $350 million throughout California. Prior to co-founding Capital Partners Development Company in 2002, he was the partner for the San Francisco Bay Area region of the international commercial development firm, Panattoni Development Company. John has developed commercial projects of all types for both public- and private-sector clients, primarily office and industrial/flex buildings. His responsibilities have included all aspects of the development process from site location, to project concept, through entitlements, design, financing, construction, marketing and disposition. John is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a LEED® Accredited Professional of the U.S. Green Building Council. He is a frequent speaker and panelist on the topics of commercial development and sustainable building practices.
