John Bosch Jr.

John is a “serial entrepreneur” with a unique business ideology and background. John’s ability to develop professional entrepreneurial partners is in part due to his diverse background, consisting of a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas in Austin, as well as a CPA license and a CPIM certification in manufacturing. He is the originator of the concept of RecognizeGood, and is President of the Board. John co-founded the TyRex Manufacturing Group with long-time business partner Andrew Cooper in 1995. He has authored multiple books on employee well-being as well as numerous training and reference materials on the subject of entrepreneurship. John lives with his wife Nancy in Austin, Texas. The couple has two grown children.
