John Bertram

Bertram has 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in office leasing, building and site acquisitions, dispositions, and investment sales. Over this time, he has been one of Los Angeles' top commercial real estate producers, having executed transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet. Recent representative clients include Ares Management, Trust Company of the West, Crescent Capital, Moelis & Co, S. Mark Taper Foundation and 72andSunny. One of his most notable transactions included the site selection and relocation of Investors Business Daily to a 300,000-square-foot office/industrial complex in Marina Del Rey, Calif. John is well known as a consummate professional and is highly regarded within the real estate and business communities. Bertram graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.S. in accounting, finance and real estate.
